CatholicMortgage.org Launches Zero Down-Home Purchase Option for Michigan Consumers
CatholicMortgage.org is committed to cutting edge programs that are designed to make the life of our customers easier, and is therefore excited to announce our new Zero Down-Home Purchase Option.
In today's economy, it is becoming more and more common to purchase a home with no money down. As the demand for Zero Down loans has increased, CatholicMortgage.org has designed a program that is both unique and innovative.
Our purchase expert, Richard Rozman is orchestrating this effort. Mr. Rozman's experience is vast and he is considered a leader in mortgage lending.
Clients from a variety of backgrounds and all income levels have good reasons for buying a home without a down payment. From the $10 per hour worker to the $400,000 per year surgeon, all have varied and valid reasons for Zero Down Financing:
* Just started career: Many of our clients recently graduated from college. We all know that during the schooling years, the ability to save for a down payment does not exist. However, now that the individual has successfully graduated he or she would like to buy a home and start living in the "real" world. These recent graduates have great earnings potential, excellent job security and a very bright future. They can afford a new home but simply do not have money saved for a down payment. As long as they maintained good credit while in school, they may very easily qualify.
* Prefer to invest the money: Today's consumer is very market savvy. Even those with a down payment understand the value of having that money work for them in other ways rather than putting it into the equity of the home. Whether you put 5% down, 20 percent down or 0% down, the home will very likely still appreciate in value at the same rate each year. The aspect of buying a home as a good investment holds true regardless of the down payment. So while mortgage rates are low and the cost of funds are cheap, you may prefer to invest the money in the market or other business ventures.
* Have not been able to save over the years: Many hard working individuals, both single and those with families, have simply been unable to save up a sufficient down payment. The key for them is credit. When buying a home, there are many associated expenses that are incurred such as moving, furniture and remodeling. Even if you have managed to save for the down payment, you may be stretched with moving expenses and the general expenses that occur in the first few months of being in a new property. Most people want to have a cushion of savings for the expected and unexpected. Our programs allow you to keep the down payment in your pocket.
Let Richard Rozman answer all your questions. We make the process easy to understand, convenient and affordable.
Proudly serving the State of Michigan with over 18 years experience in consumer lending, we are experts and look forward to saying "Approved" to you!
