ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA – February 1, 2005 – Centerfield Technology today announced IBM Server Proven® Certification for its delta/TRACKER tool. delta/TRACKER helps iSeries administrators and DBAs explain why their system or application suddenly slows down and provides instant iSeries status and trending reporting features to IT managers.
IBM’s ServerProven® Certification was designed by IBM to help its customers easily identify complete solutions for their business-critical e-business needs. The IBM ServerProven program is limited to IBM PartnerWorld members, who must complete a rigorous testing and evaluation process before their offerings will be certified. All certified products are validated to install quickly, start up easily and run reliably with IBM servers.
Delta/TRACKER’s certification puts it alongside Centerfield’s other ServerProven® tools: database/ASSESSMENT, insure/INDEX & ANALYSIS, insure/MONITOR & insure/MONITOR for OneWorld®, disk/HUNTER, CDROM Studio and insure/SECURITY; all designed to improve performance, insure IT maintains control of systems and data and inspect applications to quickly diagnose and solve application problems.
Generally available in December 2004, delta/TRACKER has already been used successfully in the Restaurant & Hospitality, Manufacturing and Distribution marketplaces. The newest in CTI’s iSeries toolkit, delta/TRACKER offers a growing set of data collection and reporting features to help IT personnel analyze needed information without having to write their own tools to collect, manage and query that data.
