Shanghai, China - February 2nd, 2005 - Panorama Technologies Corporation Ltd., the industry leading solution provider for creation of 360*360 degree panoramas and
immersive virtual tours, today announced that it has changed the company name into Easypano, Inc.
From February 1st, Easypano, Inc. will legally and patently be the name for the former Panorama Technologies Corporation Ltd., because the generic name Panorama
Technologies enjoys less recognition and reputation than its successor, Easypano.
"As a matter of fact, we planned to have this done almost a year ago. When we are marketing for our company, most people tend to take the name Easypano better than the
original Panorama Technologies.
"Also Easypano interprets the business scope of our company better. Easy plus pano brings a positive sense, i.e., people can make a panorama easily with our solutions.
"Panorama Technologies is too generic a name that actually it will apply for any of the companies who are in this virtual reality business.
"Taken these facts, we think we should change the company name now.", commented Rosalba He, the Marketing Manager for Easypano, Inc.
