This emailing solution includes a new mailing fax module offering the possibility to combine efficiently emails, faxes and secured emails according to the targets, the objectives or the data available. This step towards a high-performance multi-channel communication comes with major enhancements in eMill usability, capabilities and flexibility.
For the whole broadcasting channels available, eMill maximizes the impact and the profitability of communication projects. The list management is flexible and robust as eMill is fully compatible with all database applications and provides useful tools like adding list filters, deleting duplicates or converting automatically fax numbers into dialable formats. Users can then send faxes in PDF, TIFF (image file), HTML and Text. Creation of contents is made easy thanks to the included editors (Html and Text) and the possibility of converting any contents into personalized PDF documents. The message attraction is enhanced by the broad choice of customization features. In addition to the merging fields ability, eMill allows the use of the information included in the data source to choose which message has to be sent out for each receivers group. Last but not least, for scripting addicted, the script interface offers unlimited personalization possibilities.
The capabilities in creation of communication campaigns are completed by the tools available for managing incoming faxes. These are received as an email which includes a thumbnails of the first four pages and an attachment with the full fax in PDF or TIFF.
