February 3, 2005 (Press Release) --
Nationally known HUD contractor, DMW Properties of Brooklyn Park, MN loses St. Louis arbitration against a group of off duty police officers and sheriffs deputies. The officers and deputies testified against a senior executive for DMW. The officers and deputies alleged breach of contract and fraudulent schemes. The officers and deputies prevailed and on September 20, 2004 the arbitrator ruled in favor of the officers and deputies. DMW failed to appeal and failed to pay the arbitration award. The officers and deputies have now sued DMW again in an effort to collect the award and interest. Officer David Golliday states " it is a shame that DMW failed to honor its obligations to hard working law enforcement agents."

On September 20, 2004 off duty St. louis police officers won a $25,000.00 arbitration hearing against DMW Properties for breach of contract.
