Kagome, comes from Shrine, is the most ordinary junor high school student. At her 15th birthday, she travaled back to the Warring States Periods(about 500 years ago) by the time machine. There, she met the sealed halfmonster Inu-yasha. in order to get the jade of the four fetches which could controll all the monsters, and became a real monster. Kagome knew nothing and unclosed his seal. Then, her arrow quivered the jade of the four fetches, immeadiately, the jade was broke to pieces.

however, the pieces still had srong evil power, could not take by the evil monsters. At first Kagome can not suffer Inu-yasha's wildness and headiness, but knowing Inu-yasha's never disregarded the feebleness character, she brought the favour of Inu-yasha. Before long, Inuyasha along with Shippou, Miroku and Sango began the battle of scrambling the jade with the groups of the evils.

Kagome, the second birth of Kikyo, seems more stonger power than Kikyo's jin . By accident, she travaled back to the Warring States of Japan and unclosed Inuyasha's seal.
