Seaside Theme
Jennifer, Wheaton, IL
We are having a seaside-themed wedding. At a craft store we found some perfect unpainted wooden boats and lighthouses (flat, about 1 ft high), which we will paint in the wedding colors of ivory and gold. Then, we will paint a number on the sails of the boats and sides of the lighthouses, which will also serve as the dinner table numbers. Around the bottom of the pieces, we will scatter sand, seashells, and sea glass.
Beach Wedding
Michael, South Carolina
I am putting fish bowls in the middle with sand on the bottom and real live fish inside. I am having a beach wedding so I might put floating candles.
Cinderella Theme
Lori, Roselle, NJ
Our wedding has a Cinderella theme. We were engaged at Disney World and vacation there often. Our centerpieces are pumpkins with silk ivy draped around them.
Under the Tropics
Claudia, Dallas, TX
Each table will represent something different and specific of the island (tropical flowers in tropical sea shells, fruits bowls, little coconut tree, bananas wrapped into banana leaves, etc.). This basically will cost me a dime. It is all about "creation".
Country Western Theme
Jennifer, College Station, Texas
I am having a country theme wedding and my centerpieces are horseshoes made into candle holders. I am also using bails of hay, black felt hats, and bandanas to accent the tables. It is really cute!!
