Hitchcock, Kolder and Perry, three lucrative technology and marketing experts, join mUrgent Corporation's Board of Advisors.

Santa Ana, CA – mUrgent Corporation (http://www.murgent.com) brings on three new members to the company’s Board of Advisors.
William Hitchcock of Bottom Line Financial, LLC; Kathryn Kolder, co-founder and executive vice president of Fry’s Electronics, and Dr. Monica Perry, marketing professor at University of Redlands, comprise the Board. Tom Reese, mUrgent’s newly-appointed vice president of business development, serves as an ad hoc participant at the Board’s quarterly meetings.
Boris Bugarski, president and CEO of mUrgent, reports that the company plans to add four more Board members with practical experience in technology and enterprise software over the next year.
“The advisors all have real-time experience that will help mUrgent implement corporate strategies developed by company executives and the Board of Directors,” says Bugarski. “Their mission is to advise us on techniques for strengthening bonds between mUrgent and users of EMPACT.”
Hitchcock is CEO/CFO of Bottom Line Financial, LLC. Since 1985 he has specialized in corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax accounting. He was formerly vice president and CFO for PRCC Aerospace in Corona del Mar, CA. He holds a LL.M in Taxation and International Finance from New York University and a J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis.
Kolder handles internal operations for Fry’s Electronics, a privately held retail electronics company based in San Jose, CA. She manages legal, benefits, services, vendor contracts, risk management, loss prevention and collections, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Dr. Perry regularly teaches marketing principles, marketing strategy and customer relationship management courses at the University of Redlands and has taught Internet marketing at the Peter Drucker School of Management in Claremont, CA. She has written articles on Internet and relationship marketing for the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. She has also worked in business-to-business marketing for Nortel Networks, Inc.
