Question: Settings of "Delivery Retry Attempts"
Hi !I'm very interested in your product. In fact I've downloaded the trial version, but i get a slow performance with Delivery Retry attempts. When I set it to 0 the queue is processed amazingly speed, but only a few e-mails are sent.My objective is to reach the 2000 mails in one minute that you mention in your site.I would like to know if your software will let me achieve this so I can purchase inmediately. What hardware equipment did you use to send 2000 mails in a minute (PC characteristics ,Internet Access Speed, etc.)
Ciro
Answer:
"Delivery Retry attempts" is the option which you set after failed sending mails. If you set it to 0, it means that when the mails are failed, it no long does any delivery retry. So just as you see the queue is processed amazingly speed, but the success rate is rather low. If you don't set it to 0, qk will retry to send mails as the number you set after the mails are sent failed. The speed will be lower, but the the success rate will be much higher. 2000 mails is not a small number, if your network is unblocked, they will also be sent quickly. Generally, the default settings are the best ones.
