Turning Point Communications - the premiere media organization that inspires, informs, influences and empowers African Americans in small business through its national publication Turning Point Magazine and several high profile yearly events - announce a momentous partnership with Anthony Asadullah Samad, prominent national columnist, scholar, Associate Professor and Managing Director of the Urban Issues Forum.
The focus of this partnership will be to strengthen open communications within the African American Small Business Community.
Anthony Asadullah Samad will be partnering with Turning Point Communications to author exclusive, original bimonthly columns for Turning Point Magazine, and bring his live Urban Issues Forum discussion forums to several Turning Point Communications national events in 2005.
The first opportunity will be Turning Point Magazine presents Anthony Asadullah Samad’s Urban Issues Forum at the 8th Annual African American Business Summit, Thursday June 23, 2005, at the Westin Resort and Spa The Westin Mission Hills Resort, 71-333 Dinah Shore Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270. This event partnership of the Urban Issues Forum will be designed to publicly educate the urban business community on critical issues. Turning Point Magazine’s regular feature columnists - "Political Watch" by Atty. Anita Estelle and "Freedom Suite" by Wallace Ford - are just a few of the erudite individuals scheduled to participate in the discussions.
