March 16, 2005 (Press Release) --
Stimulus Respond, the e-zine for urban anthropologists, is releasing it's fifth issue on 28 March 2005. The theme of the issue is 'Futures'. How are our expectations of the future designed by our misgivings of the present? Is the future dictated by science, or described by an individual or an organisation? As Stimulus rockets into it's second year, we take a hopeful gaze into the future and beyond.
Every two months, Stimulus brings together a collection of features and photographs which explore the foundations of a world that we grow up to take for granted. You do not want to be blinded with science and sorcery, therefore we aim to use these tools in conjunction with literature, photography and graphic design to make our points about the world as beautifully and eloquently as possible.
