The Power-Plate is a rapidly vibrating platform on which exercises are performed. This "space age" equipment (used by the Russian Cosmonauts) is now also used by Olympic and professional athletes, celebrities, VIP’s and even sport haters.
Power-Plate generates vibrations that are transferred from the platform to the body. And these vibrations train every muscle group of the entire body.
