The expo will held on Saturday, April 23rd from 10am to 3pm.
The expo is free to the public. Guests will be treated to the latest in Diet Analysis, Sports Performance and exercise. In addition, the expo will have exhibits from several health and exercise professionals and group classes such as pilates and body works.
