Channel Formula 1 is India's first dedicated online Formula 1 fans community

The team behind India’s growing informal knowledge sharing portal http://www.themavericks.net managed by student s from the best Business Schools have re-launched their Formula 1 based sub-portal aptly named Channel Formula 1. This happens to be India’s first organized online Formula 1 fans club. Anyone can join in by registering in their forums and contribute to the ever growing popularity of Formula 1 in India.
Following the debut of Narain Karthikeyan, India’s first Formula 1 race driver, the sport has been gaining a lot of popularity and the people behind Channel Formula 1 are keen on following him all through his career. And beyond.
Presently Channel Formula 1 would depend on a lot of open source content and would constantly supplement with their additions using their expert pre- and post race analysis for which they are known. This is the first time they are opening a dedicated discussion forum to promote Indian Formula 1 fans discuss their views and opinions amongst other Indians and compare note from other ardent International fans.
This happens to the first such effort by an Indian Formula 1 fans group and this would stay non-commercial and free to all.
