Fry's Electronics has begun selling mUrgent's e-marketing application service, EMPACT, in their stores, making it the first ASP to sell a product on retail shelves.

EMPACT: Email and Wireless Marketing Manager is a software application service, meaning it is web-based and may be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection without ever having to download or install any software. Application services are paid for through subscriptions, so users are able to spread the costs over a long period of time.
