The company does executive search and temporary placement of broadcast and multi-media personnel, nationwide film and video crews as well as, media services such as marketing, video production and print design.

Staci Gallmon founded WTBP in 2000 to assist the Delaware Valley’s growing need for temporary media personnel. Sensing a need to capture a larger share of the market she added executive search.
