Delegates would benefit from this package with intelligent audio system integrated with voting buttons. Every station is equipped with a gooseneck microphone with light ring, 2-way built-in speaker, and voting buttons. Language interpretation is also available!
The single-cable system delivers all features of government board meeting, including speaking, listening, voting, agenda-setting, reporting, multi-channel digital audio recording, archiving, and camera controlling. Chairperson has priority to over right other participants and mute their microphones. With the highest scale of technology, sound, and broadcast quality, the system comprises of the Central Unit, Terminals SLV, and ready made cables. In the request-to-speak mode, delegates need chairperson’s permission to turn on their microphones after they queue up.
The portable version of the interkom iCL conference system enables the government to set up the off-site meetings within minutes. Every 10 delegate stations fit in one portable case. Microphones are detachable for easier portability as well as repair.
Microphone becomes “ON” as soon as delegate starts speaking in the voice-activation mode without a need of pressing the MIC button. Chairperson can change the limit of simultaneous “HOT” microphones. In addition to many interesting additional programming functions on the delegate station, the president station also has the time management function at his fingertips, enabling even more efficient conference management.
Using iCNS modular software, all the voting details, speakers’ database, and conferencing settings are recorded electronically and could be demonstrated for the audience on large displays such as PLASMA displays and projectors. The operator is able to control the session by DVM manager station and retrieves the past record data via the PC.
The complete system encompasses a wide range of possible variants. The software and hardware installation is modular and up to 1200 terminals may be used within the same system. iCC is envisioned for worldwide network interconnections via LAN, ISDN, ATM or satellite with other interkom DMC or iCC systems. The system could handle participants’ data using smart cards. With ergonomic and functional design all terminals are easy to operate with a familiar user interface
