April 8, 2005 (Press Release) --
Dale Pantalione "architect of sound", producer, and founding member of experimental bands Liquid Eclipse and Identical Strangers is releasing a new CD, mysteriously titled "theomnious drone".
The album is near completion and will be self-released sometime in May or June of this year, on Dale's indie label Elsewhere Records.
Caroline Bridges who is a talented singer and songwriter and vocalist from the UK will appear as a guest vocalist on the track "Virgin In the Flowers" which may be released as a single.
Bridges, first caught Pantalione's attention when he was auditioning female vocalists for the song, and was so impressed by her song "Perfect Love" from her self released e.p., and her haunting vocal quality, he thought she'd be perfect for the track.
"theomnious drone" is a follow up to Pantalione's 2004 release "Bring the Light Underground", which explored a more personal side of his songwriting. Dale says the new songs are "just as personal" this time around, but the album is more of a "song cycle dealing with the darker side of relationships"
Dale describes the production of the new songs as "funky and a bit angrier, than usual". Best known for his work with independent film, and his ambient works, the new cd proves to be just as cinematic in scope.
