Initial Ten Days of Distribution Indicates Strong Market Response

Teleconnect, Inc. (OTCBB: TLCO) www.teleconnect.es announced today that it has recently received its first large order from the Company's main distributor for its recently announced innovative rechargeable prepaid calling card. The goal is to distribute 350,000 rechargeable cards through its 7000 points of distribution by June 2005. In the first 10 days of distribution, and with only the initial 70 distribution outlets activated, the daily calling card sales increased steadily from 150 euros the first day to over 2000 euros on the tenth day.
