Greg is the Peppermaster®, a global fusion style chef with over 30 years experience, specializing in hot peppers. He grew up in the Bahamas, where he mastered his craft and now brings it to the world via his company Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. Housed in a converted bakery, in the heart of Rigaud, Quebec, Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. manufactures Peppermaster® Gourmet Hot Sauces.
“Since the presentation sounds so interesting, we’re giving the Peppermaster® 3 spots on the cooking stage”, says Julie Cusmariu, Montreal Sales Manager for the event.
The National Women’s Show, presented by Nissan and produced by National Event Management debuts in Montreal at the Palais de Congres, opening April 29th through May 1st. There will be over 300 exhibits designed specifically to create an environment for the ultimate Girl’s Day Out.
Nicole Graves Marketing Manager for the event, describes the concept as simple: “We wanted to create a show that offered women a fantastic day out with girlfriends, to relax, get pampered, and have fun.” Highlights of the event include Taste Testing at the Cooking Theatre, which is where visitors can find the Peppermaster®.
“We’re very excited to have a booth at the show and to have Greg hold presentations on the cooking stage,” says Tina Brooks, VP Marketing for Brooks Pepperfire Foods, Inc., “Our Peppermaster® is, as his title suggests, very knowledgeable about hot peppers; and with the growing desire for hot and spicy gourmet cooking, his knowledge is a useful skill for National Events to showcase and bonus, as a woman, I really like being part of it myself.”
The National Women’s Show takes place Friday April 29th, through Sunday May 1st, 2005 at Montreal’s Palais des Congres. Playing with Fire will be shown on the Show’s cooking stage on Friday at 6:00 pm, Saturday at 1:00 pm and Sunday at 2:30 pm.
