Woodstock, GA—PGA Professional Heather A. Ruhe of The Net Golf Academy located at Highway 92 Driving range in Woodstock, Georgia, will offer free 10-Minute lessons in May in conjunction with “PGA Free Lesson Month” the national growth-of-the-game campaign and a joint partnership between The PGA of America, Golf Digest, Golf For Women, and The Golf Channel. Nike Golf is the official sweepstakes sponsor.
Throughout the month of May, PGA Professionals will offer free 10-minute lessons to help golfers of all levels improve their game. To date, more than 6,400 PGA Professionals have signed up to participate.
The Net Golf Academy will offer their PGA Free Lesson Month program on May 14th, 22nd , and May 28th from 11:00 to 5:00 p.m at Highway 92 Driving Range. Free lessons will also be available by appointed times throughout the week. To participate in PGA Free Lesson Month at Highway 92 Driving Range, amateur golfers must contact Ivy Heinrichs at 770-573-3562.
“PGA Free Lesson Month is a great opportunity for local non-golfers to come out and get introduced to the game of golf, or for existing golfers to focus on any area they want to improve,” said Heather Ruhe, Director of Instruction, of The Net Golf Academy. “We welcome all those who would like to participate and encourage them to bring a friend or family member and come out and have some fun, regardless of skill level. Highway 92 Driving Range has a miniature golf course on site so the family can make a day of it.”
In addition to getting a free golf lesson, every golfer who takes a free lesson will be entered with his or her PGA Professional for a chance to win a Grand Prize sweepstakes package which includes a three-day getaway vacation to Orlando, an appearance on The Golf Channel and a custom-fit set of Nike clubs, footwear, apparel and more. Sweepstakes cards will be available at Higway 92 Driving Range or look for one in the May issue of Golf Digest, the May/June issue of Golf For Women or the April 8 issue of Golf World.
