Chicago Magazine names Welsh & Katz attorneys to the first annual “Illinois Super Lawyers” 2005 list.

Chicago, IL, May 2, 2005 – Chicago Magazine names Welsh & Katz attorneys to the first annual “Illinois Super Lawyers” 2005 list. The distinguished list of “Super Lawyer” attorneys represents approximately 5% of attorneys in the state of Illinois.
A total of four Welsh & Katz partners received “top distinction” in the area of Intellectual Property Law: Dan Cherry, Sid Katz, Julie Katz, and Jim White. Also receiving “top distinction” in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation were Welsh & Katz attorneys: Robert Breisblatt, Kara E. F. Cenar, R. Mark Halligan, and Hartwell P. Morse III.
Receiving special recognition were two of the firm’s women attorneys: Kara E. F. Cenar was one of 10 women named Illinois Super Lawyer under the Intellectual Property Litigation Section. Julie Katz was one of 12 women named Illinois Super Lawyer under the Intellectual Property Law Section.
