Woodhaven, MI. May 1 2005 NLRB uses the NLRA to prohibit Unfair Labor Practice ULP.
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) enforces the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to prohibit Unfair Labor Practices (ULP) by Employers, including the US Postal Service, and against Unions for breaching their Duty of Fair Representation (DFR). eSteward provides resources useful in processing such claims through the NLRBs administrative procedures.
