CHRISTAKIS GREEK CUISINE AND OCOCA HOST 2ND ANNUAL BENEFIT FOR RESEARCH AND AWARENESS OF OVARIAN CAN

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 4, 2005 -- The Ovarian Cancer Orange County Alliance and Bill and Michael Wallace are hosting its 2nd annual Charity Dinner honoring Joanne Wallace who passed away from the fatal disease on April 22nd of 1999. In its initial event, the dinner raised over 7, 000 dollars. Tickets are 65 dollars and include award winning dinner, entertainment and a raffle.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Ovarian Cancer Orange County Alliance whose mission is to provide educational materials to raise awareness to help save women�s lives through early detection.

Held at the award winning Christakis Greek Cuisine in Tustin, California, it is an evening dedicated to the matriarch of the Wallace family, Joanne Christakis Wallace and who started the family owned restaurant in 1996.

Christakis Greek Cuisine in honor of Ms. Wallace is donating the food and establishment for the evening. It was her dying wish that the restaurant continue running even though the owner is the only Irish Owner of a Greek Restaurant in the United States.
