May 4, 2005 (Press Release) --
“We’ve only produced a limited edition of Raspberries in Heat especially for the show”, said Brooks. “I’ve signed and numbered every jar!"
The sauce is a combination of raspberries, maple syrup, Asian finger peppers and scotch bonnets. The two hot peppers are what give the sauce its name. Floating in the bottle are an interesting mix of whole raspberries, a whole infused finger pepper and half an habanero pepper. The labels commemorate the Debut of the show and the Peppermaster has signed his name in gold.
VP Marketing, Tina Brooks said "We wanted to do something special to highlight the opening of this show, but because the show is targeted at women, it had to be something delicate and sweet but strong and in your face at the same time. The huge surprise was that when the sauce was bottled, the batch poured out into exactly 69 bottles. The innuendo induced gales of laughter amongst the employees! It was a really fun sauce to create.”
