Bali, April 2005. The Sales Team of Hotel Sanur Beach recently paid a surprise visit to the office of Asian Trails to express appreciation for their support during the first quarter of 2005. Asian Trails proved themselves to be Hotel Sanur Beach's top producing agent (excluding bookings for overseas tour operators) by providing the most bookings.
As a token of his gratitude, General Manager of Hotel Sanur Beach, Mr. Christoph Voegeli, and his team loaded 3 mini trucks and staged an impromptu buffet luncheon complete with cocktail bar to treat everyone at Asian Trails. According to Mr. Voegeli, this gesture was to show that Hotel Sanur Beach recognizes the outstanding role played by local agents within the travel industry. The strong support from Asian Trails provided a significant boost to the hotel's overall occupancy rate during the first few months of the year.
Following the delicious luncheon that was enjoyed by all, Managing Director of Asian Trails, Mr. Renato Domini praised the productivity and performance of his office staff. He also mentioned that he is determined maintain and exceed the high standard set by his team. Mr. Voegeli then added that he is personally looking forward to similar or even better results in the future. He vowed that if Asian Trials is the best producer for the next quarter then Hotel Sanur Beach will have to go all out to show appreciation with an even bigger surprise.
However the market is competitive and if any other local agent performs exceptionally well, then a thank you party will naturally take place at their office.
