Arrested: "Contemp of Court" for filing his own copyright suit and protecting his rights under the law.
Stan prepared for battle, with his copyright work and registered documents in hand, ready to present the "Burden of Proof". The judge said, "Mr. Siler you are directed to appear at the Marion County Circuit Court 100 High Street in front of Judge: Burton, case no.: 03C19406 at 9:00 AM on June 14, 2005". Defendants filled with fear in case: 03C19406 filing: "Motion to Dismiss".
"The Burden of Proof", is on Stan to substantiate issues and to avoid dismissal. Stan will appear at the Marion County Circuit Court 100 High Street in front of Judge: Burton, case no.: 03C19406 at 9:00 AM on June 14, 2005, as directed. Stans evidence will be presented and determined, then passed to the "Grand Jury" for indictment.
