The title "Growing Up Goomba" is mine and I have had it for over ten years now. If anyone feels the need to use it then you know where they Gotti from. For the record. I have been told or asked to take my book off the web but I fear no man. I grew up amongst the greats and todays mobsters don't scare me. i write comedy for a living. If some people have no sence of humor then so be it. That is there loss. I really feel for them. It seems the more my book sells the more the threats become. I have been threatened by the best of them so bring it on. I have been writing for over thirty five years for all kinds of media and many times using assumed names to avoid joining any union. Now I think it is time to write for me and with my own name. I am a man that grew up in the neighborhoods where many Soprano episodes are filmed. I find it cool but I live here. I grew up here. They are just fictional visitors using my reality for the time being. Its all good though.I have been told I have done a great job with the book "Growing Up Goomba" I am also developing a sitcom called "The Goomba's" This is a comedy and the setup is a family named Goomba. It takes place in the family business, a bar called Goomba's and the back room is where the boys hang out. The eldest Goomba is sickely and passes the thrown off to his son. He has no idea what he is doing. I also have a website so look for that. I have made many fans over the years and many new fans these days. I am thankfull for every one of them. I respect them and that my friends is what it boils down to, respect. So I leave you now to work on the script and I will thank you once again. Now buy the freakin book and laugh your heads off. If you do not buy the book then I will come over there and slap you in the head from head to toe. Now go.
