May 17, 2005 (Press Release) --
LONDON England -Wednesday 18 May 2005- The founders of the popular web based employment site www.workhaven.com have announced the launch of RecruitEU Limited (www.recruiteu.com), a company dedicated to locating skilled EU accession state workers for UK employers.
The growing skills shortage in the UK has led many employers to look to the new EU accession states for staff, a fact reinforced by the most recent CIPD quarterly survey of the labour market.
However, employers are experiencing difficulty in locating suitable candidates due to their unfamiliarity with the markets and the cultural issues they encounter.
In response to this , RecruitEU has set up a network of approved agents across the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) to offer UK employers large volumes of skilled candidates. RecruitEU’s partner agents in the Baltics follow standard processes which have been tailored specifically to meet this type of recruitment requirement. Both candidates and employers are assured of a consistent high quality service and the flexibility to respond to the particular demands of this market.
The RecruitEU service offers everything from candidate acquisition and assessment to settlement in the UK .
Said Nigel Holmes RecruitEU’s Director - Eastern Europe, "We've been established in the Baltic States for several months now and have conducted a thorough assessment of these markets, culminating in the identification of a network of experienced partner agencies. Particular attention has been paid to understanding the regulatory and cultural environment in each of these states. Our offering is proving of particular interest to large UK corporations who appreciate the volume and breadth of experience of candidates that our network can generate, as well as appreciating the strict due diligence procedures that we've applied in these markets."
He added, "We believe that the model established in the three Baltic States is totally portable to the other EU accession states, and our future plans include the expansion of our offering to incorporate these countries"
