Shorewood Packaging Corporation to sell LaGrange Facility at Auction June 6th 2005

LaGrange, GA. – Shorewood Packaging announced today that it’s 249, 000 s.f. LaGrange, Georgia facility will be open for a pre-sale preview Monday, May 23rd from 11am – 3pm. The preview will give potential investors an opportunity tour the expansive complex prior to its auction at 11am on Monday, June 6th.
Formerly used as a paper products manufacturing and distribution facility, the Shorewood plant is well suited for numerous manufacturing and distribution applications. The auction offering includes 249,716 s.f. +/- building/warehouse facility of which 15, 602 s.f. +/- is dedicated office space. The entire facility sits on 19. 2 +/- acres and is located minutes from Interstate 85 and is less than 60 miles southwest of the Atlanta metro area.
