May 17, 2005 (Press Release) --
Phoenix, Arizona, May 19, 2005 – Today B2Gnow launched ConcessionSystem.com. Powered by B2Gnow’s Diversity Management Software, and based upon the same proven platform as B2Gnow’s successful MWDBE.com and DBEsystem.com services, this online service provides an inexpensive and fast way for airports of all sizes to manage their concession compliance and DBE certification.
Updated to facilitate April 2005 changes in 49 CFR Part 23, this software allows an airport to track multi-location concessionaires and expenditures with certified subcontractors. Add the online certification tracking module, and the service becomes an organization’s work file – providing instant access to data and powerful analytical tools. With ConcessionSystem.com’s wide selection of reports, one click can assess an organization’s current or historical performance with concessionaires and subcontractors.
· Concession compliance tracking (retail, food & beverage, parking, rental car, etc.)
· Gross receipts and expenditures with certified subcontractors automatically tracked
· Concessionaire and subcontractor self-reporting
· Split ownership for ethnicity and gender tracking
· DBE application tracking and processing, including ACDBE certification type
· Full reporting according to local, state, and federal requirements
With packages starting at $500 per year and available within twenty-four hours, the service can be provided as a turnkey, hosted solution, or a client can purchase a perpetual license and install on their computer servers. To maximize project success, B2Gnow always works with implementation partners to deliver on-budget, on-schedule software that exceeds the client’s expectations. Clients can elect to load their own vendors and concessions or select a configuration service package. The result is a range of implementation options that appeal to all sizes of governments and their budgets.
“Some of the new regulation changes have stretched diversity programs to breaking point. The level of detail required is beyond the capabilities of existing spreadsheets and databases,” said Justin Talbot-Stern, Chief Executive Officer of B2Gnow. “Airports need a comprehensive tool like B2Gnow to manage the data and reporting requirements of their DBE programs.”
