Techno Economics International Consultants is a group of voluntary research engineers from many countries that are working since the 80s in the reorientation of the global economy towards the optimization of the benefits to the Human Being and the protection of the Planet, from vandalistic corporate abuse. Human Economics is the result of this global technical effort, – states Jorge Torrealba, director General of TEIC and author of Counter Attack, a treatise on Human Economics that is ready for publication.
The author is apolitical and indifferent to the actions of present Washington against Humanity. He chose to be politically incorrect in writing Counter Attack to role-play the rage, wrath and spitefulness of his Third World Colleagues, whose nations are sunken in abject poverty because of the policies of Washington.
