FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) May 26, 2005 --
A newly forming mission in the California artist community of Laguna Beach is raffling off a brand new 2005 PT Cruiser in order to raise fund in order to furnish their building. They are selling only 600 tickets at $100.00 each so the chances of winning are very good as well as helping a good cause. The second and third prizes are pieces of art, which is appropriate for the location of Laguna Beach.
Reverend Kimberly Binford of the Laguna Beach Mission originally came up with the idea after hearing about a raffle held by the Unified School District of Irvine, California. They had held a raffle and sold tickets at the $100.00 price, but they sold 28,000 of them and the first place prize was a new home.
According to Rev. Binford, what better car to raffle off than the PT Cruiser, as it is the perfect car for the hilly, beach community of Laguna. It is already creating a lot of excitement in the community and among the members of the mission.
The mission will be opening on the 10th of June, and the drawing will be held in the new building on June 15th.
