May 26, 2005 (Press Release) --
New York City, NY – Networking, networking, networking! They say that’s what business is all about and Simone Kelly, President & CEO of Gots To Have It Marketing and Founder of Give ‘N Take Network for Women, knows it.
Here’s more about the dynamic women who host the Give ‘N Take Network events and want you to come down and experience the Give ‘N Take Style!
Who: Stacie N.C. Grant joined the Give 'N Take team in 2005 as the Event Manager for New York City. Stacie is a business owner herself and a motivational speaker. She founded C&G Enterprises (www.cgenterprisesonline.com) in 1994 as a motivational speaker and later expanded it to include event planning and technology (web & desktop) support services. In her tireless pursuit to achieve personal goals of excellence and quality community service, Mrs. Grant remains active with countless other organizations such as, Ezekiel’s House of Prayer, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., St. John’s University Black Alumni Association, The Cambria Heights Civic Association, UNCF, and as an Advisory Board Member of the SJU Liberty Partnership Program.
Tanya Osborne was born into a musical family. Her father, Brad Osborne, was a pioneer in Reggae music and instilled two things in Ms. Osborne: 1.) Being an entrepreneur is the only way to be successful, and 2.) Do what you love. In 2002, Tanya used the Give ‘N Take Network as a resource to generate new clients. The opportunity to become an Event Manager presented itself and Ms. Osborne jumped to the challenge. “I believe the best situations are win-win and with Give ‘N Take everyone walks away a winner.”
Fadila Gathers is a Project Manager for a leading Healthcare company and an entrepreneur. As a Project Manager for eight years, she has managed multi-million dollar projects that focus on customer satisfaction and innovative products. Mrs. Gathers has a Masters Degree from Columbia University School of Public Health and has a background in the health sciences. Fadila heard about Give ‘N Take in early 2004 through a friend of a friend who attended the Westchester event. As a new business owner, Mrs. Gathers was eager to meet and network with interesting, like-minded women and began attending events in New Jersey regularly. Within a few months, she volunteered to help Simone by coming aboard as Event Manager for New Jersey. “I saw this as a great opportunity to support women business owners and learn more about marketing and promotion, while growing my own business.”
