London 7 June 2005 - KILLING FLOOR - the classic British Blues Rock band formed in the 1960s have announced that they are now available once more to perform at Classic Rock festivals and other major Blues and Rock events around the world.
After a 33 year lay-off the band is presenting once again its complete original line-up of
MICK CLARKE (MICK CLARKE BAND) - guitar & vocals - BILL THORNDYCRAFT - vocals /harp - LOU MARTIN (ex RORY GALLAGHER BAND) - keyboards - STUART McDONALD (ex PAUL RODGERS' Peace) - bass and BAZZ SMITH - drums.
KILLING FLOOR was part of the British "blues boom" of the 1960s which produced bands such as FREE and LED ZEPELLIN. They toured with blues legend FREDDIE KING and released two classic albums. Recently they released a brand new album ZERO TOLERANCE on the Appaloosa Label and are now ready once again to play selected concerts.
