Netintelligence have today announced a strategic distribution agreement with visionGATEWAY Inc, developers and distributors of INTERScepter™. The arrangement gives visionGATEWAY the opportunity to distribute the core Netintelligence product set through its distributions channels in the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
The Netintelligence range of Internet Security products provides comprehensive protection from the threats that the use of the Internet and email can bring for both the home and the enterprise. In the past twelve months Netintelligence has begun a move towards a channel distribution model of its products - both the home and corporate versions - focused initially on the UK market.
Joe McPhillips, the Netintelligence Head of Channel Development, said that the company recognises the opportunity to expand its sales potential to USA and Australia/New Zealand by leveraging a strategic relationship with visionGATEWAY which would provide immediate access to visionGATEWAY's channel distribution model in those countries. He said that Netintelligence would begin by working with visionGATEWAY to target US based broadband service providers.
McPhillips further outlined how he saw the opportunity to immediately introduce VGWA's INTERScepter product to the UK telecommunications industry where there was a need for this Internet Resource Management solution. UK ISP's now needed tools to capture and bill all Internet users based on metered usage beyond preset base levels - INTERScepter provides this facility.
