June 16, 2005 (Press Release) --
Ask for an email address instead of a phone number:
In the old days, asking for someone's phone number was the customary way of trying to follow up with someone that you just met at a party and would like to get to know better.
A lot of ladies living in big cities however are usually not willing to give out something as personal as their home phone number. It's probably a good idea to have an email address. Nowadays, most people have email addresses, even if they don't actually own a computer. If you want to get to know someone better, try getting their email first. You'll probably have a little more luck with making that first connection.
