SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (USA) and Amaro, UD (Italy) � June 16, 2005 - Parvus Corporation today announced that equity shares of its parent company, Eurotech S.p.A., are expected to begin trading by the end of 2005 on the Italian stock exchange, within the high-growth techSTAR index. Leading the stock placement is Italian investment bank Mediobanco, under the supervision of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
