Corporate Hospitals are the necessasities for maintaining Good Health, thanks to its development thro' Health Insurance and other avenues. In India particualrly wherein Insurance Business has been privatised, Health Insurance issues and awareness are yet to pickup. These people have NO IDEA about Top Line, Middle Line and Botttom Line and hence engaging services of these would be futile (except they would make welath for themselves at the cost of sick patients). These and other factors needs to be considered seriously and then only the real intention of Serving the Society would be complete. Social Rate of Return (SRR) is the most important and predominant factor and not ROI or ROCE as many analysts are approaching corporate hospitals.
