New Health Resort! Bella Vita Brings the Health Resort to You
Margot Rutigliano, owner of Bella Vita, has moved the concept of the health resort in a new direction. Bella Vita brings the health resort to the comfort of one’s own home or vacation destination.
This unique wellness spa travels to the client bringing a full line of services including Personal Training, Nutrition, Personal Chef, Spa Services, Yoga, Pilates and Outdoor Fitness Activities. Bella Vita’s core is made up of a “Five Step Process” developed by Miss Rutigliano. During this process, individuals go through an extensive medical, fitness and nutrition history, establish goals and learn to implement healthy eating and nutrition regimens. Each program is highly personalized focusing on each unique individual. Clients workout twice daily and learn to plan and prepare exciting healthy meals. Margot helps client’s reorganize their kitchen pantries and refrigerators and takes a trip to the local supermarket with them to define the dos and don’ts of grocery shopping. Because many people dine outside of the home, she also joins clients while dining at a restaurant to guide them in proper menu selections. While participants work very hard during their time spent with Bella Vita, they are rewarded with spa treatments including manicures, pedicures, facials and massage.
Based on the concept that we live in a time-starved world, Bella Vita aims to provide a convenient alternative to the health resort. Providing healthy living and luxury to each individual is what Bella Vita thrives on. Programs are offered for individuals, couples, and small groups and are 3 to 14 days in length. Bella Vita is currently open servicing all of the United States and some areas outside.
Margot Rutigliano developed this program through experiences with her own clients and the need for luxury and convenience. With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, she holds several national personal training certifications and is also a Zone Certified Nutrition Instructor. Honored for success at personal training, she was awarded Best Personal Trainer for Charleston, SC in 2002 and has been involved with local news media for fitness and makeover events. She has also developed Bridal and Extreme Boot Camps running at local fitness facilities.
Bella Vita is centrally located on the East Coast in Charleston, SC and will travel to the client’s preferred destination including all of the US and the Caribbean.
