Mick Davis' English-language script was translated into Swedish and made into a film by directors Joel Bergvall and Simon Sandquist. Spyglass bought the remake rights in 2002.
"Invisible" will be Goyer's third directorial feature and the first one he has not written; "Zig Zag" and "Blade: Trinity," the final entry in the comic-book trilogy, are his other two outings. Goyer also co-wrote current box office champ "Batman Begins."
