“View/Edit Components” Feature Allows Agents to Obtain More Accurate Values on Remodeled and High Value Homes

Castle Data Services, a division of Overland Solutions, Inc., announced today the release of version 3 of Castle’s Web-Based Replacement Cost Estimator. Craig Locante, Executive Vice President of Castle, said:
“Castle’s new and improved cost tool will allow our customers to obtain an even better replacement cost on remodeled and high value homes. The new tool significantly raises the bar on high-end custom homes by giving our customers access to the same cost engine as Castle’s professional high value appraisers.”
Castle’s new cost tool uses the same familiar, user-friendly interface and generates a very accurate replacement cost based upon Castle’s minimum required fields. However, if the user has a detailed knowledge of the interior features of the home and would like to “dig deeper,” clicking the new View/Edit Components button allows the user to confirm or edit all of the interior features of the home for a higher degree of precision.
