The liquid website is optimized for viewing at a screen resolution of 1024x768, but will work on lower resolutions such as 800x600. Liquid layouts will allow the site to be resized according to the screen resolution used. According to surveys, almost thirty percent of computer users still have monitors with resolutions set at 800x600.
