Celebrity dance instructor comes to Limerick

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 5, 2005 -- The internationally qualified dancer, choreographer and fitness trainer has worked with top names such as Boyzone, Christina Aquilera, Samantha Mumba, Kylie Minogue, Westlife, Whitney Houston, Shania Twain and The Corrs and has choreographed and performed in numerous music videos, TV commercials, and has been selected by Nike to promote dance as a sport in Ireland.

Ms Shortall, who is currently teaching in Dublin, regularly hosts workshops and conventions, sponsored by VHI Healthcare in various dance styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Swing, Pop Lockin, Breakdance, Salsa and Street Dance.

For the second year running Limerick will get its own Hip Hop flavour as Jane will be teaching a class for all levels in Quay Leisure in Limerick on Thursday July 7.

The dancer will teach a general class so everybody from beginners to intermediate levels will be catered for.

However she wants more men to participate this year.

"There weren�t enough men in the Limerick classes last year so I hope more will take part this year"she said.

"Dance is everywhere now. It�s in our living rooms on MTV, the new RTE dance show; Chance To Dance, Graham Norton�s dance show, and it�s become a form of exercise in every gym.
