Volunteer Ministers of the Church of Scientology in Denmark are visiting the historical town of Roskilde. Until Friday 8 July they will visibly present on the Hestetorv with a big yellow tent. Why all this? "People want to know what Scientology is and what it can do. As it is a very practical religion it gives tools which when applied give a result, a solution, the solving of a problem, a happier life. And as spiritual beings we all like to lead a happy life, not a life depressed by factors we can not control", says Christine Astrupgaard of the Church of Scientology. "Religions in the past always had a message of hope but it was only when Scientology came along that there were practical solutions available, not just for a few but for anyone who wishes to use them,", says Astrupgaard. The Volunteer Ministers are skilled in the application of those tools. Take for example what one can do for a drug addict. The Volunteer Ministers are always willing to introduce others to what they know. Examples of assistance and help given are at 9/11 in New York and the Tsunami catastrophe. Their motto is: No matter the problem, something can be done about it.
