(Bowmansville, Pennsylvania) Gage Designs, a manufacturer and original designer of personal accessories, has a new jewelry line called, The When Peace Talks© Jewelry Collection. When Peace Talks© Jewelry is a new meaningful symbol for peace for those seeking a more harmonious existence. Included are Sterling Silver Pendants, Sterling Silver Bracelets, Sterling Silver Earrings and a Fine Pewter Pendant. Each Sterling Silver creation comes with a choice of white and gray pearls, as well as blue and aqua Venetian glass beads. The Pewter Pendant is accompanied by a Turquoise gemstone bead. The various beads signify different spiritual meanings, the world in which we live, and the preservation of our natural resources. In addition the pendant comes in styles for both men and women.
The When Peace Talks© Jewelry line was created as a personal expression of hope and peace. “We wondered, If peace could talk, what would it sound like? Its voice would be rich with meaning, speaking a universal language that transcends the borders and boundaries of countries and nationalities and bringing together different faiths and races. When peace talks, it speaks of love, equality, preservation of and respect for art, science, and religion within different races and cultures, and world unity passed on to future generations. This is the calming message that we would like to spread around the globe,” says Artists/Designers Chris and Holly Gage.
The Gages discovered that those with whom they shared this meaningful symbol were uplifted by its deep meaning. This positive reaction was not only to the symbol itself, but also to the jewelry into which they incorporated it. It became obvious to both Chris and Holly that this new symbol for peace and love was having quite an impact on the people around them, because of its ability to motivate, and therefore needed to be shared with others.
Each When Peace Talks© accessory incorporates a concentric representation of peace and love symbols from around the world emblazoned on the front and comes with an artist’s information statement that fully details the layers of symbolism.
