July 7, 2005 (Press Release) --
Sextoys.co.uk – the people’s website
Sextoys.co.uk, the UK’s number one online retailer of sex toys, is taking customer service one step further by giving its customers the opportunity to shape the future look and functionality of the site. The website is urging it’s customers to come up with suggestions for improvement and are even offering 10% off their next order to do so and a Ł100 shopping spree for any suggestion actually used.
The site has recently had a face-lift to its home page, ditching the heterosexual couple image and incorporating a permanent 20% off section with products changing daily, but with other changes due to roll out over the next few months, the people behind the website felt the best way to keep their customers happy was to ask them for their input.
“We are constantly working hard to provide our customers with the best service available”, say Monique Carty, Director of sextoys.co.uk. “We are currently updating the look and functionality of our site and felt that the best way to keep our customers happy was to ask them what improvements they would like to see. Customer service is key to what we do and we felt that this was the best way to make sure we’re getting it right.”
The website says they have been bowled over by response already with most customers using the opportunity to praise the company on the service they provide.
Customers can look forward to seeing changes such as, new product sections including gay, lesbian, erotic movies and books, electronic gift vouchers and a gift wish list function.
Sextoys.co.uk is the UK’s biggest online retailer of sex toys. It was formed in 2002 with the philosophy of ditching the dark dingy image of sex shops.
