Horizon Capital Creations, Inc., will be rehabbing distress properties all over the country. Bids will be made well under the listing price and rehabbed at a reasonable price. The properties will sell as is market value. The properties will include SFR residential properties, town homes, Commercial properties. Horizon Capital Creations, Inc., will conduct the needed due diligence to complete the properties.
This process will include doing an inspection on the interior and exterior of the property. It will include performing competitive market research on the listing market, completing a title search, appraisal, and seeing what the property will sell for on the market. Horizon Capital Creations, Inc. will earn an average of 20% rate of return after the property has resold. Properties will be resold or leased out with the option to buy.
