"Tort Action", A legal duty owed by defendants. Plaintiff, Stanley R. Siler: serves State and Federal Officials, attorneys who play games within the law and the courts damaging honor, Pay no attention to summons and complaints. Stan is th owner of record, serving notice on State and Federal Officials, plus attorneys and the courts by letters, faxes and emails, not just 4 or 5, nor a hundred, but thousands, upon thousands of notices pursuant to Copyright Law, (Title 17 * Section 501(a)(b) U. S. C.)
Defendants pissed “Crying, you don’t have a license to practice law.” Attorneys extremely mad, had Stan arrested for Contempt of Court. What a joke! Stan is the one that wants to go to court and the attorneys (defendants) don’t want to go court. The arrest was a waste of time, only trying to scare Stan, in pursuing justice.
Attorneys then produced a phony Writ of Execution, seizing Stan’s copyright property, confidential business property, computers, laptop, modem, disks, cables and identity theft of clients of StanTheMan, Inc., hoping that this final move would slow Stan’s attack. Stan made a challenge to the Writ of Execution, as being illegal. Not being signed by the Judge and the month had been cross out and changed. Stan appeared In The Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Marion in Judge Burton's Chambers.
