Cagewarriors announce a change of date for the third edition of their sucessful "Strike Force" Ultimate Fighting/Mixed Martial Arts show.

As some of you are aware Cagewarriors Strike Force 3 - The Viking Invasion was set to take place on the 24th September once again at the Skydome Arena, Coventry. The Cagewarriors Fighting Championships had secured this booking well in advance after considering the dates of other events which were occurring in September.
However when we learnt that the UK Storm organisation had booked an event on the same day in nearby Birmingham, we decided this was not a problem to us as we are an established and resourceful MMA brand. As a result the Cagewarriors President Dougie Truman contacted Ande Roberts who is one of the UK Storm organisers, and agreed that as Cagewarriors has a good working relationship with the Skydome, we would look into the possibility of moving the date of our show to avoid a clash.
Fortunately the Skydome was able to offer us a new date so as a result both Cagewarriors and Warrior Promotions are pleased to confirm that Strike Force 3 will now take place on the 1st October 2005.
Cagewarriors hopes this gesture will assure all fans that we as promoters do try to work together for the greater good of the whole UK MMA community. Mr Truman was quoted as saying that he is “Proud to call Ande (Roberts) a friend as he has been an enormous asset and supportive contributor to Cagewarriors throughout.”
We at Cagewarriors would like to extend our best wishes to the UK Storm team and wish them very success for the 24th September.
